Ashanti was scheduled to perform at the Divas 2006 Concert yesterday in Johannesburg, South Africa. Just hours before her performance, her cousin and personal assistant "Quin" who's real name is Quinshae Snead (20 years old)was killed in a car accident by a drunk teen. She was on her way to get something for Ashanti before the incident. Ashanti is on her way back to the U.S. Prayers go out to her family.
The Georgia Hall of fame has revealed their inductees for this year. Jermaine Dupri will be given this years songwriter inductee. R.E.M, Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers and Dallas Austin will also be inducted. Previous inductees include Ray Charles, TLC, James Brown and the B-52's.
