Jimmy J.J Walker, who makes Jay-Z look like Shemar Moore plays him and an unkown hoodrat plays Beyonce. I think this whole publicity stunt is just stupid. Like Jay said, "atleast if it was a hot diss track". No "Cam" that's so not hot!
