BRANDY TO GET A YEAR??

Brandy may get a year in prison for the fatal car accident she was involved in last month. She might be charged with a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence. It would be really sad to see Brandy go to jail because she already looks a mess. And it would be much worse if she spends even a day in jail.

Word has it that ~~Wacko Jacko~~ Micheal Jackson is releasing an album this fall. The album might be titled "HIStory 2: The Phoenix" which is a follow up to his successful album "History: Past Present and Future". Well along with a release he plans on taking a world tour and the opening acts may include Chris Brown and Omarion. Just what Micheal loves, ~~young boys~~ great dancers. Chris and Omarion might want to lock up their tour buses.

Mya has confirmed to Rap-Up.com that her anticipated fourth album, Liberation will be in stores 5/8/07. She will soon shoot the video the first single titled "Lock You Down" (feat. Lil Wayne) in Miami. It's about time she came back, we thought "Ayo" was going to be a single last year.

...Who? Mike Jones. Um ok we got a little carried away but Houston rapper Mike Jones is returning this year with a new album a follow up to his succesful debut Who is Mike Jones? Guests on the album include T.I, Letoya Luckett, Lil Mo (she still sings?) and Bobby Brown. Mike Jones is also planning on releasing a ~~straight to the hood low budget~~ movie about his life.

RACIAL RAY HATING ON OPRAH??

According to TMZ ~~Racial Slay~~ Rachel Ray was talking smack about Oprah during dinner with friends at Houston's restaurant back in december '05. She told a friend about a photo that Oprah has at her Harpos studios office saying "Why is she wearing slave drag? She obviously has problems being black." She also took shots at Angelina Jolie calling her a "a skanky, backdoor c**t." Apparenlty she also called Brad Pitt a "pussy boy."

It's funny because if it was'nt for Oprah, she would'nt have had her stupid Daytime show because Oprah hooked her up big time. If these accusations are true, Rachel is surely an ungrateful fake bitch.

DANGER!! RAPPER RELEASED FROM JAIL

Remember the rapper who used to scream in just about all his songs? He was released from jail last week (oh yeah his name is Mystikal by the way), he was arrested in 2004 on charges of sexual harrassment and tax evasion. He only served half of his six year sentence, there is no word of new music. Well I think he could have just stayed were he was these past few years.

TYRA THE FATASS? SHE STRIKES BACK

Tyra Banks is so not amused by the shots and comments she has been receiving about being too flubby (some calling her fat). So now she's speaking against the media. She admits that she has gained weight, but she hopes that allowing that to happen will inpsire youngins not to be pressured to suffer from anorexia and other eating disorders. It's all lies, Tyra is probably workin her ass off to loose weight right now! Well ok, to be positive people can be beautiful whatever size they. That's that.

Kimora Lee was a guest at Alicia Keys's birthday celebration the other night. Everything was going well and the crowd (which included Clive Davis and Kerry Brothers) even sang happy birthday to Alicia. But right after that, the words “Get out of my face, bitch!” were said by non other Miss Kimora herself taking all the attention away from the birthday girl. Ok, there's more to the story. Kimora's close friends say that the "bitch" is a stalker, who has followed Kimora to several events. They say Kimora is preparing to file a restraining order against her. Well let's hope that did'nt ruin Alicia's night, but one question is, how did the chic get into the party to begin with? Seems like security is'nt doing their job.

Diddy and his girl Kim were spotted walking the streets of NY this past Tuesday. This is the first time we are seeing photos of Kim since the birth of the couple's twins. Her body is already in good shape.

ISAIAH GET'S HELP SAYING THE F-WORD..

Greys Anatomy star Isaiah Washington has checked himself into a residential treatment facility to deal with his homophobia and anger management problems. This all comes after a scare that he may be kicked off the show after his publicly homophobic comments last week. A representative says Washington will do "whatever it takes" to stay on the show. To stay on the show? Is that the only reason he is seeking help?

Remember the "burnt, crispy"(as NY said it) guy from "I Love New York"? He was kicked out for trying to promote his music on the show. Well he did a song about Miss NY herself titled "I Still Love New York".
