BRIT AND KEV CUSTODY AGREEMENT
Britney and Kevin have finally reached a custody agreement, well, for now that is.
Acoordind to People.com Britney will have custody of both kids majority of January '07 while ex K-Fed will see them 3 times a week for 4 hours. The agreement reqires that the only people present at the visitation will be Brit herself, her personal assistant, the childrens nanny and K- Fed. It's only applicablr from January 12 to 31. I bet there's a part somewhere in there that states the visits should'nt interfere with ladies night at club paris.
