Sources tell us that Foxy Brown is not only half-deaf, but a pick pocket too. An upscale Greenwich Village boutique told the cops that Foxy stole two belts that cost about $400 each. The police are still investigating, and the boutique is pressing charges.Foxy is one bad ass bitch! She's still at it after everything she's been through.
